Approved Credit Counseling Agencies for U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Ohio
Effective Date: February, 2009
- There are required classes for consumers to take to file bankruptcy.
- Consumers should be working with an attorney before taking the classes.
- There are time limits on taking both classes.
- There is a procedure for which class to take first.
- The consumer should not proceed to enroll for any of these classes before discussing with their attorney which class they should be taking, and when to take it.
